Plan 1: LOOKING AFTER MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Employees in overwhelm struggle to produce anything they’d normally expect from themselves. Feeling under par, they eat food that drains them, dragging them further into unease and malaise.

Learning how to identify and acknowledge what stresses them enables employees to manage their stress levels and to use tools to head off new stresses before they take hold. We also explore ways to replenish and nurture their bodies and minds – going beyond the source of stress to build resilience.
