What is coaching?
Coaching takes you from one emotional place and moves you to where you want to be. Many people I coach come to me with low self-esteem or their confidence dangerously close to rock bottom. My coaching picks them up – and can pick you up too. We find ways for you step beyond where you are now, using tips to build the version of life you want. We solve problems and ready you to face whatever comes your way.
How is coaching different to therapy?
Coaching looks at problems from different perspectives and finds new paths to a solution. Together, we explore ways to move beyond barriers and find the future you want to live.
Where therapy tries to fix what’s broken, coaching helps you find your strength, focusing on actions to prepare you for the future you want. You are in charge of what we do, and together we adjust your behaviours and skills so you can face life, head on.

Do you feel worn out? Overwhelm at work and home batters the body and mind. When you feel like this, life starts to unravel. And when you feel under par, you eat food* or make choices that drain you, dragging you further into unease and malaise.
I have plenty of tools and lifehacks to help you confidently manage your wellbeing and find a place you can make more wholesome choices for the lifestyle you want.
When you feel physically and mentally nourished, you wake in confidence every day – revitalised and invigorated.
*I am a qualified nutritionist, but the advice in these sessions is general about how to eat and feel better

Feel more confident when you communicate
When you lack self-esteem and confidence, your communication suffers. Maybe people say you seem pushy or aggressive. Maybe you find it difficult to speak up and worry you come off as wishy-washy or weak.
Together, we explore ways for you to be more confident with your communication. We find techniques that work for you and ensure people hear what you’re saying. We also look at how you can handle challenging conversations at home, work or in life.
After coaching, you’ll feel happier to back yourself while still hearing and responding gently to other views and ways of communicating.

Feel better at communicating even when you’re stressed
Stress affects your facial expressions, tone of voice and body language. Even when you think you’re hiding stress well, overwhelm can really knock your communication and damage your relationships.
In coaching, we find ways for you to understand, acknowledge and identify your stress, then help you to communicate kindly with the people around you.
From a place of balance and calm, you can deal with whatever comes your way. You can weather any storm with surety and self-awareness and feel more secure in your relationships.
